The Associate Director/ Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive audit plans, supervising audit teams, reviewing financial statements, preparing audit reports, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.Work Responsibility :Lead and manage statutory and internal audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessments and control testing. • Supervise audit teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.Review financial statements, identify key risks, and evaluate internal controls. • Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to clients and management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging auditing standards • Lead and manage statutory and internal audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessments and control testing.Supervise audit teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Review financial statements, identify key risks, and evaluate internal controls. • Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to clients and management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging auditing standardsSkills Required :Minimum 10 years of experience in internal auditing, with a proven track record of leading and managing Statutory & Internal audit engagements.Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and internal audit methodologies.Interested candidates can also reach us at Sushankdhingra@trchadha.com AGG
