Biocon Biologics believes that strong partnerships offer enormous opportunities to co-create the future of healthcare, building a patient ecosystem beyond the product, which can transform millions of lives.Key Responsibilities:Responsible to manage the all the initiatives in SAP Material Management & Warehouse Management (MM / WM) along with the CFT team.Responsible to manage the integration with SAP other modules and application process flow and liaison with other department to gather business requirements and convert to a technical specification.Manage/control all the changes carried out in the existing SAP system in MM / WM area, by way of authorizing and timeline management.Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements from SAP MM / WM team.Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of MM / WM modules along with identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve SAP related issues/ problems.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required & develop training guidelines and manage training classes through the team.Partner with key stakeholders in process improvements and Drive adoption of corporate initiatives or best practicesEducational Qualification:Qualification: Engineering / MBAWork Experience:Total No. of years: 7 - 12 yearsMinimum of 5 years of experience leading the implementation of SAP Projects at large organizationsPharma exposure is preferred.Managed 2 -3 full SAP life cycle implementations.Technical/Functional Skills:Ability to handle the business process primarily covering Procure to Pay scenarios and related business process of in pharma / process industry.Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities, and building a team of professional who can complete tasks on time.Working knowledge of technology, vendors, products, development, and support alternativesSAP certification, preferred.Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.Behavioral / Managerial skills:Strong interpersonal skills.Strong analytical capabilities.Biocon Biologics is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status.
