Sr. Executive (L&D) - Process & Technical Sales TrainerAbout Us:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive (L&D) - Process & Technical Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on process optimization and technical sales skills. This role requires a skilled professional with a passion for enabling teams to achieve excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop Training Modules:Design and create comprehensive training content for technical sales, processes, tools, and methodologies.Develop interactive and practical learning materials, including presentations, role-play scenarios, and case studies.Deliver Training Sessions:Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for sales, operations and other teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.Customize training delivery to meet the diverse learning needs of participants.Evaluate Training Effectiveness:Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.Continuously refine training strategies to improve effectiveness and alignment with business goals.Support Process Excellence:Train teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and sales tools.Act as a subject matter expert for process improvements and sales systems.Maintain Training Records:Document attendance, feedback, and performance improvements for all training programs.Ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.Flexible Work Schedule:Willingness to work evening shifts (2 PM - 11 PM) 4-5 times a month or on need basis.Requirements:Experience:6-8 years in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Process Training, with a focus on technical sales.Education:Master's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field.Skills:Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to design and deliver engaging technical sales and process training.Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating training outcomes.Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and process optimization techniques.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Work Schedule:5 days a week, working from the office.
