The ideal candidate will lead business development initiatives to generate and engage with B2B clients (small, mid-size & large) so as to meet customer requirements for brand labels, primary labels, & product labels (PSL/ self adhesive labels) in key markets (Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Beauty & Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial etc). Skills/Abilities to Meet Job Requirements:5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in digital printing or packaging industry.Knowledge of key Consumer & industrial good segments and its unique label printing requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated, and results-oriented.Willingness to travel pan-India Responsibilities:Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine their label printing requirements and recommend the most suitable products and services.Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring all details are clear and comprehensive.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our label printing capabilities, highlighting the benefits and advantages of digital-printed products and services.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing customised label printing solutions.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales support and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM system.CSI - Ensure customer satisfaction at high levels at all timesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of prior industry related business development experience AGG
