Plant Manager (Wire Harness & Wound Components)by ITP Electronics Private Limited in GurgaonExperience: 10-15 years ApplyJob Description Purpose:To Plan, organize and direct all operations of the plant to achieve desired productivity levels with optimum utilization of resourcesKey Responsibilities: · To initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital · To ensure that all operations of the plant are run smoothly to achieve the desired production targets· To ensure that all quality standards are met consistently and the product quality meets customer expectations· To ensure that the production schedule run on time and they meet consistently with the delivery schedules· To coordinate and synergize with all plant functions/ Dept Heads for executing individual responsibilities without any conflict· To formulate Plant Policies & strategies to ensure effective and smooth management of plant operations· To ensure that people are adequately trained and developed to maintain a productive workforce· To provide effective team Building and provide adequate leadership to the team to maintain a positive and motivating work culture· To ensure that all the compliances at the plant are met under applicable statutory and legal requirements· To ensure that all the compliances at the plant are met with approved manufacturing SOPs, QMS, Safety standards & procedures Key Result Areas:1. InCharge - Plant HR Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: · (UG - Diploma - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication) · Around 10-15 years post qualifications Key skills: a. 10-15 years' experience out of which minimum 5 to 7 years, at senior managerial level in plant operations in wire harness industryb. Exposure in project management c. Conceptual knowledge of modern manufacturing process. d. Sharp in long term strategic as well as resource planning.e. Must be very sound in team building and handling all HR & IR issues, independently.f. Business focused / senseg. Awareness of applicable statutory & legal requirements and QMS / EHS standards & system. Should have thorugh understanding of ISO9001:2015, IATF16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001h.
