Job Title: Digital Customer Support Specialist Siegwerk is a 1 Billion Dollar company headquartered at Germany and present in 30+ countries across Globe. One the main company objective is digital transformation for internal business processes along the value chain, as well as for our suppliers and customers. For this purpose, we are applying the most modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), SAP HANA, Microsoft 365 and Industry 4.0 (IoT). We also plan to move to SAP S/4 HANA in 2025.We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana India. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing issues raised by our internal sales team (AMS) or those that come from the system into our ticket tool. The primary solution to work on is our internal automation/OCR solution Transaction Hub, which automates the sales order entry process. The role involves handling requests for onboarding new customers to the solution and resolving failed sales orders of already onboarded customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and resolved issues related to the Transaction Hub OCR solution.Handle requests for onboarding new customers and troubleshoot failed sales orders. Coordinate with IT support/service teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain and update documentation related to customer onboarding and issue resolution processes. Collaborate with the internal sales team (AMS) to understand and address their technical needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a customer facing role. Creation of analyses and analytical reports using Microsoft ExcelExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with ticketing tools Optional Advantages: Experience with OCR solutions, particularly ABBYY Flexi Capture.
