Roles & ResponsibilitiesHunting & Identifying colocation, managed Services and cloud opportunities in the regionPresent colocation, managed Services and Cloud offering at the executive level to large enterprisesAdvance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmapLead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closurePrepare sales forecasts and meet the order book and sales targetSell the Cloud product and services to new and existing clientsLeverage and enhance partner relationships to drive additional value and revenueDevelop relationships with new customers and leverage existing relationships to drive sales strategyMange marketing, negotiation, finalizing orders etc to achieve budgeted sales and meet gross margin targetsMeet stakeholders like government bodies and large enterprises on regular intervals to explore potential business opportunitiesDevelops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growthActively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.Lead designated region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cyclesSupport all of company's promotions and events in the regionMaintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up sell and cross sell) on customer baseTo work and network extensively in the external world at all levels including with potential clients, clients, regulators, policy formulators, competitors, consultants, etc. as part of the business development activityResearch and identify new Channel Partners and Alliances - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, solutions and services - or new ways of reaching upcoming marketsResponsible to acquire targeted partners, developing and sustaining solid relationships with key channel partners and alliancesDefine the Alliance charter. Build Global business Plan, GTM strategic and drive key GTM initiativesPrepare sales forecasts and meet the order book target through channels and alliances. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)·BE/B-Tech/MBA or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication or Electrical EngineeringRELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)About 8-15 Years of relevant experienceExpertise in selling colocation, data center managed services, public/private cloud services. Should be a result oriented with solid understanding of colocation and cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP, native controls, security center, DDOS protection, cloud firewalls, CASB, express route, cloud data storage, cloud storage, Kubernetes, data sharing related technologies, NetApp, Site recovery, CDN, MS defender, MS Sentinel, AWS EC2, AWS Guard, AWS KMS, Cloud Watch, Lambda, cloud containers, cloud migration, and cloud consulting.Self-driven, motivated and results orientedProficiency in MS office and related applicationsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills AGG
