Due to strong business growth across Asia, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Recruitment team in Bangalore, India.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Principal and Senior Consultants with effective and timely assignment deliveryConduct research to identify suitable candidates for each requirement, including targeted market mapping, talent pooling, database searching, networking and headhuntingApproach suitable candidates and screened and keeping track of their career goals and progressBuilding relationships with candidates and keeping track of their career goals and progressWork closely with recruitment team to oversee and monitor delivery progressMaintain database and other ad hoc assignmentsKey RequirementsBachelor / Master Degree in Business, HR or any related fieldsAt least 3 year of working experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisitions position, particularly with exposure to Financial Services, Fintech and Technology industryExcellent business communication skills in English, both written and verbalA team-player who is disciplined and possesses positive learning attitudeSelf-driven with aspiration to develop a long term career in recruitmentWork ArrangementMonday to Friday (9am to 6pm) Hybrid Work ArrangementCulture & BenefitsGood progression opportunities in the regional recruitment industryThrive in a team-centric atmosphere fostering self-discipline and personal growthTraining & Career progression opportunitiesCommission & Performance Incentives AGG
