Tech/MCA educational background.Work Location: ,Bangalore / ChennaiExp: 5 to 11 YrsJob Description:Embedded Software Technical Manager is responsible to lead and manage a team of embedded software developers, leaders throughout the project lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project goals, recruit, mentor, and oversee a collaborative team of embedded software developers and leaders, provide expertise and ensure adherence to beast practices in embedded software development, implement and maintain processes to ensure the quality of deliverables. Requirements: •Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with prover leadership skills.• Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and low-level programming languages (C), with a hands-on technical background.• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on technical project success.• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a specific emphasis on guiding technical teams to achieve excellence.• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Emphasizing the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
