Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise:-Oversee and conduct complex immunology and cell culture experiments, including testing of antigens like OPV, Hib-TT, Hep-B, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and dengue.Proficient in ELISA, combistate software, CCID50, and AMV techniques.Develop and execute study protocols and SOPs to maintain regulatory compliance.Utilize software tools like LIMS, Trackwise, DMS, and SAP to streamline operations.Handle sample release and procurement processes efficiently.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Regulatory Compliance:-Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements (WHO, NRA) and ensure adherence to GMP/GLP standards.Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, including QMS, OOS/OOT investigations, and incident reporting.Communication and Presentation:-Effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations.Qualification and Experience:-Post-graduate degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Immunology, Microbiology, Biotechnology).Minimum 12 years of industry experience in immunology and cell culture, preferably in vaccine development.Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and quality standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills AGG
