You are Bold, Young and Confident.Come, join the pack!About the role/Job overview:MIS Executive will be responsible for generating, maintaining, and improving management information systems (MIS) to support decision-making and streamline financial processes.Key Responsibilities:MIS Reporting & Analysis:Collect, analyze, and manage data from various business operations to ensure accurate and timely reports.Maintain and update databases regularly for smooth data management.Generate and prepare regular financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) related to accounting and financial performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Develop and maintain financial dashboards to provide real-time insights into key financial metrics, trends, and variances.Analyze accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.Assist in preparing detailed variance analysis reports comparing actual vs. budgeted financial performance.Design and implement ad-hoc reports and analytics as and when required.Accounting Data Management:Ensure proper input and maintenance of financial data in accounting systems.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.Provide accurate and timely reconciliation of general ledger accounts and other financial statements.Manage and update records, creating backups as necessary to ensure minimal data loss.Work with different departments (finance, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure proper data flow and reporting standards.Interpret data and provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.Conduct trend analysis and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiencies.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies while managing and reporting data.Maintain documentation related to system processes, reporting procedures, and guidelines.Internal Control and Compliance:Ensure all financial data and reports comply with regulatory standards and internal accounting policies.Assist with internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentationSkills & Qualifications:Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a finance/accounting environment).MS Excel (advanced functions, macros, pivot tables, etc.).Technical Skills:Proficient in MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in MS ExcelProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure accurate interpretation of financial data.Social Media handles:Website - https://www.mcaffeine.com/pages/about-usLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/mcaffeine/mycompany/Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/mcaffeineofficial/Contact us:Email Id - career@mcaffeine.com AGG
