PowerPro DPRS team which includes the Product Validation, Customer Support, Release management team that ensures quality products to be deliver and help business growth We are a team driven with lots of energy, synergy and passion.Role Responsibility /Requirement:Educational Qualification: - M.Tech (VLSI/Microelectronics)Job Responsibilities: -We are looking for strong Senior Engineering Manager talent to join us to define next generation Validation Strategy and Innovation in flows. As a Senior Engineering Manager, candidate will be responsible for leading PowerPro validation and customer support activities. He/She will have a key role in defining, validating and deploying PowerPro products and solutions by actively engaging with customers and field engineers. Debug failures during design bring-up at customer site. Drive improvements in tools/flow through RnD collaboration to achieve better performance. He/She will work with AE managers & RnD to come up with quick resolution to the customer issues. He/She will be responsible for streamlining processes, defining strategy and quality aspect of feature developed, should be working with the team for improvements required in the validation methodology, review and sign off Validation Architecture Spec, Global Validation Plan, test plan creation.Manage the team, including setting of responsibilities, assigning of tasks, reviewing performance and ensuring technical growth. Provide technical direction to product engineering & field teams to resolve key customer issues. Able to audit engineering efforts for incoming customer issues/enhancements based on priority.Technical Skills: -Candidate must have Good Technical skills in ASIC Design Flow, ECO, Synthesis, PNR, Simulation, RTL2GDS, ISO certification, Low Power Concept, Power Estimation & Optimization flow.Strong debugging and analytical skills and independent problem-solving ability and proficient in analysis & debugging in Low power design issues.Hands on experience of Emulation Low Power flows/Apps with Veloce/Palladium. Knowledge of Power and energy calculations from RTL and gate level netlist running on emulators.Knowledge of different EDA tools will be beneficial like Synthesis tools (like Genus/DC etc.), PNR tools( Innovas, Fusion compiler etc..), Prime Power /PTPX, Questa, Questa 0-in, Veloce Emulation, Questa, DC, Questa Auto check, Verdi, VCS, Visualizer, Debussy, Questa CDC, Formal PRO, Lint, NC, RC, Questa -RDCGood understanding of low-power SOC design principles.Good knowledge of Digital Logic, Low Power concepts, Verilog/VHDL/SV.Knowledge of any scripting languages like Perl/Tcl/Sed/Awk/Shell/PythonLed a team in executing projects or should have a led a team of Validation engineers or CAE team in technical aspect.Participate in architecture reviews and involve in defining features prototyping. Get along with field teams to understand customer design flows requirements and propose measures to optimize and improve flow results.Analyse customer reported bugs and plug gaps in testing, incorporate newer designs/flows. Use technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products.Work on different methodology for customer scenario. Provide script-based solution for quick turnaround time.Work on RTL to GDS flow, Glitch, Power estimation or optimization tools.Technical paper writing.Knowledge of different tools like (DC, Fusion compiler, RTL Architect, Prime Power, Prime time, Zebu, joules, Gate sign off tools etc )We've got quite a lot to offer.
