RoleWe're looking for a dynamic, talented and experienced Sr. Technical Lead to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile apps primarily on OutSystems development platform and contributing to the other hybrid and LCNC development platforms.QualificationsMaster / Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related software field.10 years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in leading and managing development teams (In-House, Vendors).Should have practiced best-in-class practices across software lifecycle across security, performance, scalability, observability, user-experience etc.Experience implementing other OutSystems Third-Party Plugins.App distribution experience on both private and public app stores (Apple & Google).Must have experience in offline data handling, with real or on-demand synchronization.Basic query language experience, such as Microsoft SQL and Salesforce SOQL.Integrate with other systems and services using APIs (Azure) and other integration methods.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Should have global exposure on interacting with users and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, maintain complex, scalable and high-performing applications.Timely delivery of applications with high quality and performanceEnsuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.Commitment to staying updated with the latest OutSystems features and best practicesMentor developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Bonus PointsExperience in salesforce Integration will be a significant value add.Experience on spatial data makes you a differentiator.Experience in leveraging GenAI capabilities, across the software development lifecycle.Experience of working in agriculture, supply-chain, manufacturing domain.
