Title: RPA Support Engineer (UI Path & PA)Location: Chennai and BengaluruNp: ImmediateL2 Support (Automation) in UiPath and Power Automate • Performing Recovery: L2 team validates the priority & SLA of the incident assigned by the L1 team and resolves the incident before SLA. L2 team will provide the restoration / recovery of the Bots based on the required pre-requisites like environment, configuration as appropriate. • Identifying Patterns/Escalations: L2 team monitors the alert, exception patterns and analyze the same for the bots' efficiency improvement. The team also helps in performing the RCA. • Automation of Routine Tasks: The team performs continuous reviews of the Incidents and suggest/implement the automated solutions. • Deployment Support: The L2 team supports the deployment of the bots and collaboratively works with the developments team to address the incidents within the first 30 days of deployment period. The team also modifies the Process Definition Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD) according to the CRs and get the approvals from the process owners. • Business Impact Analysis: The L2 lead validates the daily report sent by L1. The L2 team does the impact analysis during the outage or for the changes requested and documents the details like the Problem definition, Duration, Impact, RCA and the next steps, preventive actions etc. • Process Improvement Analysis of L1 Tasks: The L2 team reviews and analyses the tickets /reports and identifies/implements bot efficiency and process improvements. • Break Fix Analysis and Resolution • Minor Enhancements up to 45 hours of overall L2 efforts factored as part of this SOW AGG
