Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Talent Manager or Influencer Marketing Manager at VM-One Technologies in Noida. The Influencer Marketing Manager will manage Vineet Malhotra's collaborations and deals with Brands and agencies, develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, manage brand relationships, analyze campaign performance, and foster brand partnerships. The Manager will also be a Personal Secretary to support Vineet Malhotra and drive key business initiatives. We prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. The role will involve supporting and assisting the CEO personally and professionally with various responsibilities.QualificationsBusiness development of tech collaborations for the channel Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Management skillsOversee daily operations, liaise with stakeholders, and manage key projects.Draft emails, presentations, and reports while maintaining confidentiality.Anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth workflows.Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel plans, and calendars for the executive team. In certain situations, assist the CEO during their meeting.Handle client relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee project timelines.Assist in planning, budgeting, and monitoring the progress of business objectives.Conduct market research and provide insights for decision-making.Achieve targets given by the company for the year.Experience in managing influencer partnerships and collaborationsData analysis and performance tracking abilitiesStrong communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platformsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldPrevious experience in influencer marketing in the tech industry is a plusCompany DescriptionVM-One is a tech enthusiast's haven that provides fair and honest reviews.
