Job Description:Media Relations and Public Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, broadcasters, and media outlets. Coordinate press materials and events to ensure clear, impactful media communication.Create newsletters and update the website for the latest events.Social Media Strategy and Management Plan, create, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and FMSCI website. Create and analyze engaging campaigns to boost motorsport awareness and volunteer participation in FMSCI events.Event Promotions & On-Site Coordination Partner with event organizers to develop promotional content and manage PR for national and grassroots motorsport events. Oversee live coverage and coordinate media teams to ensure seamless press operations and real-time updates.Content Creation & Internal CommunicationCreate engaging newsletters, blogs, and email campaigns for motorsport fans and stakeholders. Collaborate on visual content and prepare presentations and reports to support FMSCI's communications.Crisis Management Oversee sensitive communications and coordinate with leadership to manage PR challenges, safeguarding FMSCI's public image.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years experience in media relations, social media, or PR, preferably in sports or automotive fields.Core Competencies:Excellent English communication, creative problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with media and stakeholders.Passion for Motorsports:Strong interest in motorsports and familiarity with the FMSCI ecosystem, with knowledge of various disciplines of motorsports preferred.Analytical & Organizational Skills:Skilled in analyzing engagement metrics and reporting on performance, with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work Environment:Full-time position with a Hybrid working pattern.To Apply - Please send your CV to gouthaman@fmsci.in AGG
