Job Title: Sales TrainerTotal Work Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in a B2C sales environmentKey Responsibilities:Training Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on products, sales techniques, and skills development to ensure sales representatives are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skillsProject Management: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders. Ensure feasibility, manage timelines, and track project progress to align with business goalsStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features, updates, and enhancements. Engage with stakeholders to tailor training programs that meet evolving needsTraining Needs Assessment: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) through performance analysis and feedback to identify gaps and develop targeted training solutionsEducation Qualification:Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably MBA)Skills Required:Advanced MS Office skills and basic knowledge of PhotoshopInitial understanding of project management skills, with experience in managing training-related projects from initiation to completionExcellent understanding of sales techniques, processes, and methodologiesAbility to inspire and motivate sales team members through engaging training sessionsStrong communication and presentation skills AGG
