We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who will not only drive our regional marketing strategy, but also provide strategic leadership and leverage analytics to increase the brand value of Aditi. This is a fundamental role responsible for the leadership, strategy, growth and return on investment of our regional India Marketing team.We have 6 key audiences across 3 categories that we serve:Clients + prospectsEmployees + prospectsConsultants + prospectsCore Competencies Brand Awareness & Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive regional brand strategy to increase visibility and establish Aditi as a market leader and employer of choice in the digital engineering services space.Oversee and refine brand messaging across all regional channels to ensure consistency, differentiation, and alignment with client & jobseeker needs.Demand Generation:Lead demand generation efforts to drive lead acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across both inbound and outbound channels in India.Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to optimize lead funnels, ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives and track ROI.Lead Generation & Campaigns:Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns to support business development goals.Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to drive qualified leads and increase conversion rates.Manage marketing automation tools and lead nurturing systems to ensure sustained engagement with prospects.Team Growth & Development:Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and productivity.Cross Departmental Collaboration:Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, client engagement, recruiting and People Operations teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives are executed effectively.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and adjust marketing strategies to support organizational sales and recruiting goals.Campaign Execution & Resource Management:Manage the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring proper resource allocation, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.Ensure adequate bandwidth for mission-critical campaigns and business development objectives, optimizing resource allocation to meet timelines.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management on campaign effectiveness.Utilize data and insights to refine strategies, improve campaign performance, and optimize ROI for each tactic.Leadership & Team Development * Digital Marketing (ABM, Demand/Lead Generation) * Cross-Channel Integration & Attribution Analysis * eCommerce & Digital Strategy * SEO, SEM, Display, Video, & Email Marketing * Website Oversight * Content Development & Social Marketing * Event Marketing (Onsite & Virtual) * Sales Support & RFP Responses * Brand Strategy & Development * Mass Media Marketing Management * Ad Campaign Development * Direct Response & Brand Marketing * PR, Media, & Crisis Management * Media Planning & Buying * Salesforce CRM * Research & Competitive Analysis * Agency & Vendor Management * Forecasting & Budget Management * Leadership Speaking EngagementsExperience & attributes6+ years of Marketing leadership experience in IT products or services (solutions and staffing), with a proven track record of success in driving demand generation, lead generation, and brand awareness in a fast-paced environment.Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field.Attract, empower and retain outstanding marketing talent.Create an "identity" for marketing in India that has social cohesion, emphasizes ROI and is a dynamic place to work.Maintain effective knowledge of market trends to identify future business opportunities.Work with and champion marketing cross-functionally across sales, solutions and delivery teams to drive both regional and global goals.High emotional intelligence, extraordinary creativity, data-driven & result-oriented.Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.Strong skills with team management, building, mentoring; being an empathetic leader; experience with global organizations and cross-cultural communicationsAditi is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.If you are looking for a dynamic, fast-growing career opportunity with a company that is a leader in consulting, send us an email at hiring@aditiconsulting.com with a copy of your most current resume.
