Talent Acquisition, Business HR, HR Operations & Leaning will report in apart from relevant COE functions connected to these domains.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual objectives along with the daily production.Address challenges and obstacles efficiently, implementing solutions that align with company goals.Maintain regular reporting on team progress, challenges, and outcomes to higher management.Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.Qualifications:Must have Strong communication, interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.Must have working knowledge of MS office3+ years of the experience in environment is requiredGraduation is mandatory AGG
