This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and creating a positive employee experience while driving HR processes. and should be experienced with Indian laws and regulations :In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our People Team by:Communicating HR policies, procedures, and SOPs effectively to employees.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.Managing employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing retention data.Planning and implementing employee engagement, wellness, and safety programs.Addressing queries, employee relations issues, and grievances while fostering a collaborative, productive, and accountable work culture.Providing support to managers, team leaders, and employees, guiding them on performance and HR processes.Collaborating with teams to improve HR processes and align with company goals.Staying updated on industry trends and best HR practices to continuously improve our employee experience.What you'll need?Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or a comparable fieldWork experience of handling grievances and labour issuesMinimum 1.-2 years of working experience with a focus on ER initiativesFamiliarity with Indian labour laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityDetail-oriented and able to prioritize tasksWho will excel?We're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.Is this you?
