Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional BTL marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team.Plan and manage trade partner events, international incentive tours, and exhibitions.Handle merchandising activities, including sourcing, designing, and distributing branded merchandise.Manage vendor relationships for the production and delivery of marketing materials and merchandise.Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing collaterals.Implement lead generation and activation programs with partners.Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, trends, and competitive insights.Track and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.Experience & Skills:2-8 years in marketing, preferably in building materials or similar industries.Expertise in retail/trade/channel marketing, merchandising, and vendor management.Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.Experience with international tours, event management, and creative content development.Qualification:Any Graduate (Must) + MBA (Preferred) AGG
