For more information, visit www.everestgrp.com.Job overviewThe Marketing and Experience team at Everest Group focuses on current and anticipated trends in the world of design, media, creatives, marketing, and digital experiences. The team focuses on authoring research reports that cater to informing our clients (design agencies, IT service providers, marketing holding companies, MarTech players, and enterprises) on trends governing the ecosystem and the strategies they need to carve growth. The team also engages in custom decision support for our clients by defining their GTM strategy, partner and acquisition strategy as well as various other constructs that enables them to win market share. The Senior Analyst will work in the Marketing and Experience (M&E) research service line. This will involve creating new content assets focused on helping large global enterprises with their design, marketing, and experience focused initiatives and technology/service providers in enhancing their offerings to cater to the demands of an evolving market. The Senior Analyst is expected to contribute to the research program by delivering high-quality, original research reports and custom advisory projects. This will require the candidate to maintain an ongoing dialogue with senior industry executives on key issues, as well as help answer their queries. The candidate will be required to deliver custom research engagements on broader themes that help our clients grow and compete better.Key responsibilitiesIdentify areas of research based on industry and client needsProblem solve and structure work to manage deliverables and timelinesContribute significantly to the published research agenda of the ESTLead medium sized custom research engagementsActively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, and external sourcesSupport business development efforts through proposal writing and other initiativesParticipate proactively in external market communication by responding to analyst enquiries, conducting executive conversations, and maintaining/growing long-term client relationshipsSkills & activitiesStrong problem-solving skills and analytical capability, and high levels of intellectual curiosityStrong oral and written communication skills with attention to detailProject management skills: self-motivated, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage deadlinesAbility to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment. Long term desire to contribute to business growth and build a career as a business leaderDesire to be in a non-hierarchical, entrepreneurial environment; comfort with ambiguityProficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)Education & experienceBachelor's degree: MBA required (preferably from Tier-1 B-School)1 to 3 years post-MBA work experience in technology/advisory/research/outsourcing strategy environment.
