Additionally, we offer free medical insurance.About the Role: The Manager Human Resource - Corporate in Noida will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing the entire recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships, improving hiring processes, managing employer branding, and leading the Corporate Recruiters in India.Responsibilities: Identify and attract top talent: With a thorough understanding of ARK's hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and source potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.Manage the entire recruitment process: Create compelling job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and extend job offers.Build and maintain relationships: Collaborate with hiring managers, foster strong relationships with candidates, and network with industry professionals.Improve hiring processes: Responsible for analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement. Armed with this information, develop new strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ARK's hiring process.Manage Employer branding: Promote ARK as an attractive employer to potential candidates, showcasing its culture, values, and employee benefits.Leadership: Responsible for managing the Corporate Recruiters in India, including training and ensuring they meet performance expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A Master's degree in HR or equivalent is a plus.At least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment in IT-related roles.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and build relationships with candidates.Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality.PHR, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition-related credentials are a PLUS.
