Position OverviewHead of SMB - Merchant, GrowthFunction Related Activities/Key ResponsibilitiesP&L Responsibility- Ownership for budget 100cr annual budget, is responsible for creating pipelinefor team expansion. Build PAN India Market, acquire merchants on scale on Digital Platforms /Digital Marketing.Build an effective ecommerce support function - Develop and execute digital strategy, includingplanning, building, high performing sales function, managing a team of 800 resources. Leads growthfunction by proposing B2B campaigns. Laser sharp focus and out of the box thinkerStrategic Sales Engine Focus - Partners with development team and management to improveseller/customer acquisition model, drive healthy quarterly subscription and renewals. Co-createbusiness plans, subscription models for end customers.Measurement- Analyze campaign outcomes and show a positive return on investment from digitalchannels as measured by KPIs such as Cost Per Engagement, Net Sentiment Growth and Cost peracquisition.Your Role at LargePeople Leadership
