The CEO and COO are looking to appoint a CTO to drive the technical strategy and operations of the company.Company Overview:Online advertising company based in South Dublin.Background to the role:The CEO and COO are looking to appoint a CTO to drive the technical strategy and operations of the company.Job summary:Working with the Product Director and Product team in delivering industry-leading solutions.Define and deliver the roadmap for the product in conjunction with the CEO and COO.Lead and grow the team both here in Dublin and in Portugal (currently a team of 30).Responsible for coaching and retention of key hires.Ideal candidate:Over 10 years in tech with over 5 years in a hands-on CTO position.Ability to work well and communicate with different stakeholders, C-Level, Sales, Technical, Reporting to the CEO.Strong relationship management, influencing, listening, and communication skills.Ability to manage change initiatives.Proven ability to build relationships at senior level and across various locations.
