About this position: This job description is designed to attract experienced candidates who have a strong understanding of the digital side of operations in airport services such as Lounge / Meet & Greet etc.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with airport service operatorsIdentifying, On-boarding and managing services on ADL's platformTo supervise and manage relationship with all frontline partners (Tech partner & service partners) for ensuring uninterrupted platform operations.To handle escalations and efficient resolution of all customer queriesPrepare daily reports for internal tracking and analysisTo prepare periodic MIS and share the same with identified stakeholders.Create / Ensure SOP fulfilment and coordinate regular partner trainings.Analysing the transaction trends for different programs and submit report to the management.Implementing new services across partners.Coordinating & ensuring all requirements for new partner tie-ups.Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Managing all the invoices and related issues for assigned services.Support revenue targets by driving operational efficiencies and relationship with partners.QualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling digital side of airport services operationsRelevant exposure in payment industry/ hospitality sector in operations and customer support function.Ability to run technical conversations with the tech partner to drive problem discovery and high-level solutioningAnalytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual and financial aspects of the business.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus. AGG
