Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PD Merchandiser with a strong background in the woven Apparel Industry. He / She will play a pivotal role in driving the division's growth and success through effective merchandising strategies, product development, and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with client's suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality woven garments.Responsible for Negotiate pricing agreements and monitor production costs for garments to optimize profitability while maintaining product quality standards.Responsible for releasing & controlling the raw materials for production.Responsible for authorizing all Garment/ Fabric testing.Interacting with all department such as production, design, fabrics & accessories, sourcing, production, quality control, shipping and accounts to ensure that all are in sync in the process of customer delight.Follow-up the Buyer FilesConducted weekly reviews on product transfers, replenishment, and allocations.Giving shipping instructions and following shipmentMaintain strong relationships with Vendors in the garment segment, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.Qualifications:Master's / Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in merchandising, product development and design, or related roles within the woven industry.Proven track record of success in driving product innovation, managing supplier relationships, and achieving sales targets within the woven segment.Proficiency in software and tools, ERP systems, WFX and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior specific to the woven industry.Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications, as per industry standards. ***Interested candidate can share your updated resume @ 733 889 5749*** AGG
