Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager with over 12 years of experience in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) applications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cybersecurity testing, automation, and proficiency in a wide range of testing methodologies including manual and automated techniques.Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Leadership:• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies tailored to OT and IT applications.• Lead a team of quality assurance professionals in executing various types of testing methodologies.Cybersecurity and Functional Testing:• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments and penetration testing.• Perform functional testing to ensure software functions as expected based on requirements.Non-Functional Testing:• Oversee non-functional testing activities such as performance, usability, reliability, and security testing.• Ensure software meets specified non-functional requirements and industry standards.Manual and Automated Testing:• Implement manual testing methodologies including exploratory, ad-hoc, and user acceptance testing (UAT).• Design and develop automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes.• Conduct regression, load, and API testing using automation tools and scripts.White Box and Black Box Testing:• Coordinate white box testing activities to assess internal structures and code coverage.• Manage black box testing efforts including equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, and other techniques.Acceptance Testing:• Facilitate alpha and beta testing phases to validate software against user requirements and expectations.Compatibility Testing:• Conduct compatibility testing across various environments, browsers, and mobile devices.• Ensure software compatibility and functionality across different platforms.Exposure to Testing Tools:• Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Sonar Cube, and UI Path for automated testing.• Basic understanding of the CI/CD pipelines and toolset• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner for load and stress testing.• Familiarity with security testing tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or Nessus for vulnerability assessment.• Knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar for test case management and defect tracking.Exposure to Testing Tools:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.• 12+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing roles, with expertise in cybersecurity, automation, and various testing methodologies.• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing QA teams.• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
