An engineering graduate from a HEC recognized university with at least 9 years of experience, preferably holding a PMP certification and mandatory PEC registration.Job Responsibilities:Project Planning:Develop detailed project plans, specifying deadlines, resource allocations, and scheduling to guarantee effective project fulfillment.Budgeting:Collaborate with the accounts team to create and manage project budgets, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality requirements.Project Monitoring:Assess project performance against defined parameters, delivering thorough updates on progress, accomplishments, and possible barriers.Site Management:Monitor project execution at the construction site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable codes and standards.Schedule Compliance:Ensure project schedule and timelines are maintained for construction projects.Risk Management:Promote strong risk management techniques, recognizing, analyzing, and mitigating possible problems to ensure project success.Change Management:Establish effective change management procedures, adjusting project plans as necessary to account for changes in scope, objectives, or external influences.Resource Optimization:Optimize the allocation of resources for project teams, collaborating closely with HR to ensure efficient deployment of human and material resources.Risk Identification:Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership.Risk Response Strategies:Develop and implement risk response strategies for the risks under their management.The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
