Job OverviewThe Director Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic objectives through effective management and decision-making.

Liaise with directors to implement strategic and operational plans across departments.

Develop, review, and report on the operations division's strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Implement and manage a robust system of controls for financial and non-financial aspects.

Ensure effective management, monitoring, reporting, and communication regarding financial and physical resources, administration, and budgeting.

Show a deep understanding of the environment of financial, administrative, and HR planning.
