Job DescriptionMand Empires is a dynamic media and marketing, real estate and construction company in Bahria Town Karachi, seeking a young, talented and motivated social media manager to manage our company's social media and WhatsApp accounts. As our Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and services, reaching new audiences, and building meaningful connections with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms to increase engagement, followers, and customer loyalty.
Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand messaging and values.
Manage the company's social media accounts and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations for improving our marketing efforts.
Assist with marketing campaigns and events, including email marketing, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
Collaborate with other teams, like IT, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp and Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Job SpecificationProven work experience as a Social media manager.
Hands on experience in content management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience and proficiency in social media marketing, including creating content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
Proficiency in WhatsApp and other communication tools.
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Interest in the construction industry and willingness to learn.
Must be able to commute to the office on their own.
