One of our clients engaged in Road Infrastructure Development andTolling Operationsin partnership with the Govt of the Punjab is actively looking to appointIT Help Desk Executives inGujranwala & Sheikhupura.
Residents of Gujranwala and vicinity shall be given preference.Company does not provide any onsite residential facility.
Salary: PKR 40,000
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Help Desk Executive and involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, managing network administration, and overseeing IT operations.
This is a rotational shift role, and the selected candidate shall perform shift duties in morning/night shifts on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant discipline
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues
Knowledge of network administration
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications and training in IT support
