The Job Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Creative Trafficking Specialist to join the Subscriber Acquisition Marketing team. This role will be responsible for trafficking the digital marketing assets for sports & entertainment via an automated system and directly to media and partnership teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and digital marketing. They will be interested in performance marketing and performance optimization. This role demands an eye for detail and structure to be successful. The candidate will be the link between creative teams, marketing teams and media teams, and will be pivotal in ensuring that the correct assets are being delivered or set up in the feed according to the media plan and media requirements. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible to:

  • Work closely with Creative /Acquisition/ Partnerships/ Media investment teams to deliver ads creative. Partner and communicate with internal teams to streamline workflow and asset delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain essential documents (specs, process, workflow, best practice, taxonomy)
  • Manage the Media Drive & Smartly Library housing all creative files for trafficking.
  • QCs assets for specs, correct dimensions and file formats.
  • Generate file naming conventions essential for performance measurement.
  • Traffic and deliver final files to automation platform or media team.
  • Confirm campaign launch has gone live.
  • Set up creative assets in the automation platform.
  • Troubleshooting.
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technical knowledge/work experience.
  • Hands-on with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in Dynamic creative optimization tools such as Smartly, Google Web Designer or DCO feed management a plus.
  • Knowledge of all types of digital creative assets: specs, best practice, creative guidelines.
  • Communication with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Have an interest in the entertainment industry.
