Technical Co-ordinator (New Product Development)

The Company: This organisation are a well-established DIY manufacturer with over 6,000 products brought to market. They are looking to recruit a Technical Co-ordinator to sit within their marketing department and assist with new product development. The Role:
- The development, introduction and marketing of new products.
- Writing technically accurate copy.
- Proof-reading product manuals.
- Briefing Designers regarding packaging design.
- Co-ordinating between different teams to ensure all departments have accurate information and are working to agreed timescales.
- Preparation of marketing campaigns, such as developing brochures or single page releases to support product launches or promotions.
- Research into key markets for relevant product categories.
- Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Experience working in a similar role within marketing or new product development.
- Copy writing/proof-reading experience.
- Ideally have experience of technical specifications.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Highly organised, able to plan and meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
- Salary up to £40,000 DOE.
