About the Role: As a Senior Network Engineer , you will work with a team of skilled professionals to design and operate Carrier Grade SaaS delivery infrastructure. You'll implement and support network infrastructure within cloud and data centre environments, ensuring an impressive network uptime of 99.99%. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cloud service integration's for network requirements, including AWS, VPC, endpoints, Cloud VPN, and BGP peering.
- Configure and manage cloud-based network devices, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Operate and support Carrier Grade Networks.
- Configure advanced routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Manage and support SSL and IPsec VPN technologies.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Participate in incident, problem, service, and change management processes.
- Eligibility for Security Clearance : British Citizen or ILR/Settled Status with at least 5 years of residency in the UK.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years proven experience in configuring OSPF, BGP, Layer7 switching, VPNs, and VoIP protocols.
- Understanding of AWS Cloud technologies, including VPC, VPC Gateways, BGP Peering, and NAT.
- Experience with CloudFormation templates (YAML/JSON) and automation tools.
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, with the ability to perform and analyze packet captures.
