Restaurant Manager K'gari Beach Resort (Fraser Island) The Opportunity Bring your strategic management and natural leadership skills to the Food and Beverage team at K'gari Beach Resort. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who enjoys the remote coastal lifestyle and is looking for their next career move. With an unbeatable beachfront location, the resort is accessible via 4WD and is the east coast's go-to destination for exploring the island's iconic destinations. With expansive grounds, the resort includes 83 newly renovated hotel rooms and apartments, as well as a restaurant and bar, renowned Eurong Bakery, and general store. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the operational and strategic management of the resort's modern Australian cuisine and extensive beverage selection. 'McKenzie's on 75' restaurant is the ultimate venue for travellers to come together and enjoy buffet breakfast and lunch, al-la-carte dinner and take advantage of a pool-side cocktail. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be given the reins to drive the continued success of the resort's F&B service by inspiring exceptional customer service, strong team culture and passion for providing every guest with an unforgettable experience.
