- 3-5 years of experience within a marketing, creative, or advertising studio.

- Experience with project management software (example Monday.com) is essential, including the ability to set up complex workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative development processes, and resource management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative professionals and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project timelines and priorities.
