Description Working as BD Lead you'll be responsible for:

• developing client relationships and spotting the opportunity for growth
• helping to create digital and AI strategies
• supporting and training clients on digital and AI and how it can be developed within their marketing mix
• Growing the offering and exploring growth opportunities

Experience If you're an experienced digital Account Manager or Business Development Manager with a passion for new digital development and AI then this could be right up your street. Ideally you'll have worked in an agency and thrive in environments. You'll have a natural flair for business growth and get a buzz from identifying new commercial opportunities. Remuneration An excellent salary (this can be disclosed when we talk through the role with you) and hybrid working is on offer with this position. The agency is based near Stratford upon Avon and you'll need to be able to travel to their new offices 2 days a week.
