RFP Writer, ESG

We are excited to be working with a sustainability focused investment firm, looking to hire an RFP Writer to join their sales team in London. They are seeking a candidate that is experienced managing RFPs and DDQs for institutional and intermediary clients, and has a passion for ESG. Taking full ownership of the RFP function, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the completion of RFPs (including RFIs, DDQs and consultant database narratives) to a professional standard and co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Investment teams to edit and produce content with full management of the RFP processes.
• Working to achieve excellence in proposal writing standards e.g., readability, relevance and resonance, consistency and accuracy.
• Setting target dates and priorities for gathering information, writing, review and approval; monitoring and tracking data as well as coordinating requirements with contributors.
• Responding to ad hoc RFP related queries.
• Ensuring all content adheres to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Sustaining and developing internal and external relationships with colleagues across multiple teams as well as consultants and clients.

• Asset Management experience is essential for this role.
• Previous experience writing RFP and DDQs.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and product knowledge
• Ability to act as a team player and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues from other business areas.
