- Monitor and ensure that all KPI sets for New Vehicle Sales, Trade-Ins & Insurance (New & Renewal) align with Proton’s KPI are being achieved.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Responsible for mentoring and developing the Sales team for continuous improvement.
- Plan to collaborate with the marketing team to execute road shows and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for Proton.
- Report to management and deal with Proton HQ.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills in management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written language in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in social media - Facebook, TikTok, Instagram.
