Job Descriptions:
  • Monitor and ensure that all KPI sets for New Vehicle Sales, Trade-Ins & Insurance (New & Renewal) align with Proton’s KPI are being achieved.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
  • Responsible for mentoring and developing the Sales team for continuous improvement.
  • Plan to collaborate with the marketing team to execute road shows and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for Proton.
  • Report to management and deal with Proton HQ.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills in management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written language in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in social media - Facebook, TikTok, Instagram.
