About the Role We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Business Development professional to join our dynamic team at BEAUTY COSMETICS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. What You'll Be Doing- Responsible for business cooperation negotiations with influencers, and exploring high-quality KOC/KOL resources.
- Screening high-quality content influencers.
- Responsible for collecting influencer materials and coordinating video production.
- Establish and regularly maintain influencer resource relationships and optimize influencer quotations.
- Continuously monitor and update KOL payment terms to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and partnership agreements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field; excellent fresh graduates are accepted.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
