Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site works including structure and architecture works.
• Supervise subcontractor teams and ensure work progress aligns with the work schedule.
• Prepare project technical details, strictly according to local regulatory requirements.
• Control the quantity of construction materials and manage waste material.
• Implement quality management.
• Oversee the general unqualified rework process and recertification of assessments.
• Record the integrity, accuracy, construction journals, and quality reviews, and report to the person in charge.
• Coordinate issues in the construction process.
• Prepare method statements and liaise with consultants for technical matters.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Fresh Graduates Welcome: Start your career with us! Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to communicate effectively with diverse counterparts. Experience Matters: Experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.
