Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: 1. Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and company objectives. 2. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. 3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue. 5. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales process to ensure timely follow-up and closure. 6. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while protecting the interests of the company. 7. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate sales effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and tactics. 8. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns. 9. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities. 10. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time. Requirements: - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Relevant working experience in related industry will be an added advantage. - Willing to travel to industrial areas. - Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English preferred.
