Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Managing and planning and design stages of construction projects
2. Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs
3. Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections
4. Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager
5. Attending meetings and liaising between authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
6. Assisting in compiling and preparing reports for record and Management's review
7. Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget
8. Ensuring safety and health compliance
9. Able to travel to Perlis when there is a project

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar
2. At least 1-2 years experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization
3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams
5. Excellent computer skills
6. Good spoken and written proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
7. Possess own transportation
8. Able to start work immediately or with short notice (Start January 2025)
