Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development - Design and implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, and fault detection. - Develop algorithms for load forecasting, adaptive control, and anomaly detection.
• Data Processing and Analysis - Collect, clean, and analyze data from sensors, IoT devices, and building systems. - Develop data pipelines to support real-time and batch processing.
• Integration with BMS - Work with the BMS team to integrate AI models into existing building management systems. - Optimize chiller and HVAC operations using AI-driven insights.
• Performance Optimization - Continuously monitor and refine AI models to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Implement feedback loops to enhance system performance over time.
• Deployment and Maintenance - Deploy AI solutions to production environments and ensure scalability. - Perform regular maintenance and updates to AI systems.
• Collaboration - Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and facilities management teams. - Communicate AI-driven insights to stakeholders in an understandable manner.
• Research and Innovation - Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and IoT technologies. - Propose innovative solutions to enhance building operations and energy efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting - Create detailed documentation for models, processes, and deployment strategies. - Generate reports on AI system performance and improvements.

Requirements:

Education and Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Experience in building or integrating AI solutions within IoT or building management systems (preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

• Proficient in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with edge computing and IoT integration.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, chiller operations, and energy optimization principles.
• Knowledge of control systems, automation, and BMS architecture (preferred).

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
