Reeds Rains estate agents are one of Northern Ireland's largest estate agency branch networks with 7 branches in total. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is charismatic, resilient & enjoys working as part of a team. Typical Duties to include:
- Dealing with customers both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work as part of a team and to monthly targets
- Carrying out sales & lettings viewings
- Dealing with general admin work within branch
- Adhering to Company policies
- Previous experience in residential estate agency would be a bonus but not essential
- Computer literate
- Must be well presented and good with time keeping
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work both in a team and independently
- A full UK driving license & own transport required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability (Saturday 1 in 2)
- Bonus scheme
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Driving License (required)
- Ormeau: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
