1. Technical Skills PLC Programming: Proficiency in Siemens S7 (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500) and TIA Portal. Embedded Programming: Good knowledge in embedded C/C++ programming over Visual Studio/Arduino over 32-bit Microcontroller system. Experiences in RS232, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPIO and SD Card, GPS & GSM/LTE module programming interfaces. SCADA Systems: Hands-on experience with Siemens WinCC (WinCC Advanced, Professional, and/or Unified). Industrial Protocols: Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, and OPC. HMI Development: Experience in designing and programming Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) using Siemens HMI panels or WinCC. Automation Tools: Knowledge of SIMATIC Manager, Step 7, and PLC configuration tools. 2. Educational Qualifications Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Certifications (Optional but Valuable): Siemens Certified Programmer for S7 PLC and WinCC. Certifications in TIA Portal or related Siemens technologies. 3. Professional Experience PLC Design and Commissioning: Experience in developing, testing, and commissioning PLC programs for industrial automation projects. System Integration: Proven ability to integrate PLCs with SCADA/HMI systems. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving automation system issues. Project Experience: Mention specific projects you've worked on, including industries (e.g., manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities) and outcomes. 4. Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated systems. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and preparing technical documentation. Teamwork: Experience collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders. 5. Additional Skills Familiar with networking/server management and setup for data hosting. Industry Standards: Understanding of safety standards and regulations like IEC 61131 or IEC 61508. Other Tools: Knowledge of CAD software for electrical (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) or PCB design (e.g., DesignSpark). Willing to relocate to East Malaysia #J-18808-Ljbffr
