Accounts Manager (Finance)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Direct and monitor timely and accurate reporting of financial reports to management.
2. Carry out analysis of financial performance.
3. Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with policy and requirements.
4. Perform budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis in accordance with policy.
5. Develop and enhance financial management and reporting.
6. Support and manage subordinates’ tasks and responsibilities.
7. Liaise with internal & external parties (company secretary, external auditor, tax agent, etc.).
8. Ensure the implementation of ERP system in line with the requirements and needs.
9. Work closely with other teams to validate inventory.

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field and position.
3. Preferably possess SQL accounting system skills.
4. Knowledge in full spectrum of accounting, budgeting, costing, taxation, auditing, reporting, etc.
5. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
6. Knowledge in monitoring and reviewing internal control/SOP.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Good team leader and player.
9. Strong analytical skills.
10. Able to speak and write in Bahasa, English, and Mandarin.
