Job Responsibilities
- Focus on the training of Microsoft Office related courses to our customers.
- Research training contents, methods, and develop relevant training programs for the organizations.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops for employees and develop appropriate modifications if needed.
- Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for respective organization trainees.
- Monitor the training processes through feedback from trainees and analyze training effectiveness to adopt different delivery methods, such as visual, activity-based, facilitator-led, etc.
- Maintain a database of all training materials and create an effective training environment.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in training participants from different walks of life is also important.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with participants.
- Training Skills: Ability to deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with online training platforms and tools.
- Certification: Certification from talent and training associations is a plus. Being a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or in a related position.
