Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support senior designers in creating design concepts and presentations.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
3. Develop preliminary sketches, drawings, and 3D models.

1. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
2. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections.
3. Ensure all design documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

1. Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings.
2. Maintain a library of materials and product samples.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material samples and quotations.

1. Attend client meetings and take detailed notes.
2. Assist in presenting design proposals to clients.
3. Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on project progress.

1. Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project conditions.
2. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
3. Monitor the progress of construction and report any issues to senior designers.

1. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
2. Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations.
3. Stay updated with the latest design software and tools.
4. Work closely with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
5. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
6. Provide support to senior designers and project managers as needed.

1. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
2. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills.
3. Seek feedback and continuously improve design capabilities.

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk 3ds Max, Vray.
4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
